1. Getting Started
1.1 Register as a Vendor
- Click “Join us” on the homepage.
- Fill out the registration form with your details.
- Verify your email address to activate your account.
1.2 Complete Your Profile
- Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
- Add your store name, logo, and a short description to introduce your brand.
- Provide contact information so customers can reach you.
2. Setting Up Your Store
2.1 Add Products
- Go to Products > Add New in your dashboard.
- Fill in product details:
- Title: Name of the product.
- Description: Highlight features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Images: Upload high-quality photos (minimum 3-4 images).
- Price: Set a competitive price.
- Categories/Tags: Add relevant tags to make your product easy to find.
- Choose product type: Physical, Digital, or Variable (e.g., sizes, colors).
- Click Publish to list your product.
2.2 Manage Inventory
- Track stock levels in the Inventory tab.
- Enable Low Stock Alerts to stay on top of restocking.
2.3 Set Shipping Options
- Choose Flat Rate, Free Shipping, or Weight-Based Shipping.
- Specify Local (Krabi/Thailand) and Global shipping rates.
- Offer Local Pickup for customers in Krabi.
3. Managing Orders
3.1 View Orders
- Go to Orders in your dashboard to see all customer orders.
- Filter by Status: Processing, Completed, or Cancelled.
3.2 Process Orders
- Confirm orders and update statuses (e.g., Shipped, Delivered).
- Add Tracking Numbers for shipped orders.
3.3 Handle Returns/Refunds
- Review return requests and process refunds if necessary.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly.
4. Payments & Withdrawals
4.1 Set Up Payment Methods
- Go to Payment Settings in your dashboard.
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Cryptocurrency (via CryptoPay).
- Bank Transfer.
4.2 Request Withdrawals
- Go to Withdraw in your dashboard.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Choose your preferred withdrawal method (crypto or bank transfer).
- Submit the request – payments are processed within 3-5 business days.

5.1 Use Discounts & Coupons
- Create Coupons in your dashboard to attract customers.
- Set Discount Rules: Percentage, fixed amount, or free shipping.
5.2 Leverage Social Media
- Share your store link on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Use hashtags like #KrabiLife and #BuyLocalSellGlobal.
5.3 Encourage Reviews
- Ask satisfied customers to leave product reviews.
- Respond to reviews to build trust and credibility.
